 While I am enjoying this day and using the term to friends & strangers…"ITS MY BIRTHDAAAYYYY " I want to give a shout out to those other people on this earth that also share this born day with me and to all the little babies that are coming into the world on this day, being born every minute until the clock strikes midnight.
Some may not know & some may forget you (yes I do the same, sorry if I forgot yours ;) but calls, cards, cakes, & gifts can not even compete with the great gift of LIFE ! Every day should be treated as if it is YOUR birthday because a friend, relative or stranger somewhere on this earth may not have woken up today so I am thankful for every morning (or afternoon lol) I open my eyes to the sunlight or hearing the sound of the alarm clock buzzing.
One thing I always remember as I child was that when my B-day rolled around, people were not in such a good mood due to mother nature and fall season & school beginning again :( Summer is officially over unless you are living somewhere in a tropical climate ( ohhh how I envy you : ) time to put on the boots, heavier coats umbrellas, scarfs, hoodies etc. and prepare for the remaining quarter of the year.
Age is just a number that changes every year & this week I will celebrate in a very good way !!!
So for those that I know & don't know that are born or being BORN on AUGUST 30th !! I say Happy Birthday to YOU & me :)
